Shipping policy
Pure Linen operates from Letterkenny, Ireland and works in connection with Pearl Alterations for all product manufacturing and custom services. All orders are shipped from Co. Donegal, Letterkenny location.
Local and NI Delivery
We deliver to all locations in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for a flat fee of €9.50 (apply for all packages up to 16kg, minimum order apply).
Free delivery in the Island of Ireland on all orders over €150.00
UK Delivery
We ship to United Kingdom and offer Courier Delivery that is free for all orders above €300.00. All other order delivered for a flat fee of €19.50 (apply for all packages up to 10kg). UK custom and local taxes might apply (any custom fees incurred will have to be settled by the customer - PureLinen.ie has no liability over these costs. Worldwide Delivery
We ship Worldwide and we offer Courier Delivery that is free for all orders above €400.00. All other order delivered for a flat fee of €45.00 (apply for all packages up to 10kg). Custom and local taxes might apply.

Order processing and delivery time
Some of our products are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship within few business days, while many are made-to-order and can take 3 to 5 days to produce and process. If any delay will be encountered and production time exceeds 5 business days we will contact the customer with details for the earliest delivery times.
Orders placed after 2 pm, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During national or yearly holiday periods, orders may be subject to delays. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Local Delivery - 2 business days, depending on the product current status.
Outside Ireland Delivery - 5-10 business days, depending on the product current status.
Customs taxes and import duties
Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. For any such fees (if any) you will be contacted by your local customs office or delivery company for additional payment. Please make sure you have entered correct phone number for contact. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
